Why won't my body be kind to me?.........

Aaaaaarrgghhhh. I haven't a clue what is going on, you'd think by mid-thirties I should know myself better.
Has anyone experienced anything similar to this....
AF was due on 5th which would have been day 28 (my cycle is normally 26-28 days), for about a week now I have had really sore boobs, actually that's an understatement my nipples are really, really tender and sensitive and lower back ache. Yesterday morning I started with a bit of brown discharge which continued very sparcely through the day, a couple of times it was tinged with blood but not much at all.
We have been ttc for over 3 years now, all tests have been clear, so we decided to test last night......negative of course but I am really confused about my symptoms.
Sorry about the graphic bits .....anyone got any advice.

Could be too soon to test, and using test with first morning wee is better.... other than that can't really help - sorry

I would wait until the weekend and then test again.
I had simalar symptoms to you and had 4 negative tests, that negative test is now my 10 month ds so try and keep postive and keep us posted

Thanks for the advice mum and fifi. I have been thinking about testing again but am just presuming it will be negative.
The weekend sounds like a good compromise though, I just wish everything else was a bit more stable. Found out today that dp had an affair for 9months last year and I haven't a clue what to do.
Anyone for a quiet life?

I would try and leave it if you can until the weekend, just if its too early to test and you do another one it may be negative which wont make you feel any better.
Dont know what to say about your dp's affair really but sending you lots of hugs and positive vibes.xx
