You're way too early to get a positive!

Not many people will get a positive before 9 (at the very earliest) - 10 DPO.

Implantation takes place between 6-12 DPO and it takes 3 ish days for the hcg levels to rise enough to give a positive on an HPT.

Wait a few days and try again!

Thanks Horace I do know that however logic does tend to go out of the window during the TWW! technically if implanted 6dpo could have rising HCG (5-10) by 8dpo (I have researched this way too much!)

The thing is you can temp and opk all you like but you will never really be sure when you ovulated or your egg was fertilised. So 7dpo may not in fact be 7dpo. Good luck OP

Tea really?? I use the Cb advanced fertility monitor and it clearly picked up the LH surge (several days of high then 2 days of Peak) so I thought I should have O day recorded pretty accurate no?

I'm sure I can see a faint line in the second pic! It's so annoying what your eyes do. I just stare at the sticks until I imagine a line. Ugh.

grumpy i used cbfm (not the advanced one though so could be different) and all scans have confirmed that I conceived 4 days before the surge - i dont know how this happened as it meant i conceived on day 14 of 31 day cycle - strange but thats why they say to dtd regularly through your cycle - our bodies are strange things
