AF 6 Days Late. Every Test BFN.

Hi all

I'm so confused. My AF is never this late. My cycle is around 30-31 days the past few months but I'm 6 days late and keep getting BFNs on FRER tests with FMU.

I don't feel any AF symptoms and I'm getting worried now.

Has anyone experienced something similar? We tried to concieve on everyday i thought i was fertile. (CD 8,9,11,12,13,14,16,17 & 18)

Im going out of my mind in this limbo!

I'm currently 2 weeks late for my period but still getting bfn. I've been told some people miss periods sometimes so I'm going with that rather than stress anymore-I've spent the last 2 weeks stressing . It's so frustrating. I'm back to using opks and got a positive so I'm ovulating again.

I've read lots of stories where people haven't got a bfp until at least a week late so there is still a chance for you! Do you have any symptoms at all?

No symptoms - i have a terrible cold at the moment sonits difficult to tell! :(

Im trying not to stress but its so difficult when i have no signs of whats happening!

I just wondered if anyone had experienced this i guess or if i should see a doc?

I just got my period a week late. Wasnt actively TTC last month but POAS as this never happens to me either. But AF finally came. I think sometimes it can just be late. ☺

It's very difficult not to stress but it does happen. I'd suggest going to see the doctor next week if af still not here

So i got my period today on cd36.
Ive never been that late before i dont know if it was down to stress.
Going on to next month does this mean i might ovulate later? Last day we tried was cd18 were we too early?

I had BFN for 2 bloody weeks after when my period was due. Combination of low HCG levels and late ovulation, i was pregnant!

Any advice of when my ovulation date would be?
I was a bit sad when my period came. I thought we had done everything right ! Guess it was my first time i shouldn't beat myself up

Dazzle, I usually ovulate on cd20 so you were possibly too early. Look out for ewcm. DTD every other day from cd10 to cd25 but if you have a feeling you're ovulating DTD every day. You could use opks and temp too.

I'm 5 days late now with BFNs. If no AF by Tuesday I'm going to see a doctor.

Thank you. I felt more cm later on in my cycle so maybe i do ovulate later.

I hope this cycle is ours i do think finishing too early might have been the issue.

I've never used opks before so a bit nervous on how they work lol.

Just went to the loo and AF has arrived. Actually relieved rather than upset. I'm going to buy some clear blue opks now. In 2014 I used internet cheapie opks but never got a clear positive but my two year old is evidence that I did in fact ovulate that month! So for me they weren't helpful. However temping worked a treat (but can only confirm when ovulation took place, not predict it). I'm struggling to temp this time round as having a child that doesn't sleep in I can't take my temperature when calm and just woken up as I'm usually full of a rush of adrenaline hearing my DD crying in the mornings.
