Oh can not believe i am finding myself here again stupid stupid women i am.

Can not be bothered to change my name so yes here i am

Well af was due on weekend between saturday & sunday, i am on the pill but was on my 7 day break & on friday & saturday we did the deed & now i am sitting here on tuesday yes TUESDAY with no af can this surly be right?

I pray for a miracle because i can not believe i was so stupid over the weekend, my life & mental state is a mess at the mo & this is the last thing on my agenda right now, i already have 2 youngs kids!

Please tell me this is not possible (falling pregnant in your 7 day pill break & that my af is just around the corner before i find the nearest bus & jump in front of it....

If you havent missed a pill I would think its extremely unlikely!

You are still protected when your on your break arent you?

Are you saying that you did the deed the friday and saturday just gone ? If so, then I really don't think this is very possible.

On your 7 day break you have protection from the pill.
I stop my pill for a break on a Sunday and don't bleed until the Wednesday!

Agree with others - unless you have missed a pill you should be covered on your 7 day break.

If however during the last month you have been ill (sick or diahrea) or if your have been taking antibiotics or for whatever reason missed a pill then you may not be protected from that missed pill.

If you think that this might have happened then you should take a test. If not wait a few more days before you begin to panic!!!

I have missed many pills i wont tell you how many because you will just be shocked have been having a bad time lately, i can not believe this, so i am far from covered then in my 7 day break because i have missed pills, i know i need to buy a test & i will tomorrow if it does not appear, i should not really be shocked because it is my own stupid fault.

You shouldn't be able to get pg in your 7dy break, however I guess you quite easily could through missing pills (and I think you know that). Go buy a test and put your mind at rest either way.

I will have to buy a test tomorrow but then not so sure it would show up yet, i am suppost to start taking my pill again tomorrow, now i don't know what the hell to do, should i take it like normal or not?

I dont think it will do too much harm but maybe someone more informed will be able to confirm. I was on the pill when I got pregnant with DS, was a bit erratic with the pills and ended up pregnant but still bled. My pregnancy was only confirmed at 166 weeks and I had been taking the pill all this time - DS is fine and dandy now

you should do a test soon though...

Thanks honey will still take the pill as normal i think as it will probably do more harm than good, i id laugh at 166 weeks though lol

Well still no af so did a pregnancy test & it was neg so now i just have to keep my fingers crossed i suppose, it may be neg because it is to early as it has only been 5 days since deed done, not sure how long you have to wait? not sure why i have no af though but i need to try & stay positive

its vvv unlikely but my sister fell pg while on the pill coz she was taking anti-biotics.

Af when you're on the pill is a "breakthrough" bleed from hormone levels changing (rather than a "proper" period when you bleed 14ish days after ovulation). If you've been missing pills then your homones may be all over the place and that may be why you're not bleeding yet.

Thanks fruitful that has helped me alot, i have doctors on friday so am going to speak to her about it is well, it is probably what has happened then because i missed manymany pills ....dreadful

Depending on the pill you're on I believe it's also possible to have the odd 7 day break with no AF. Docs appt should sort it out for you though.

Oh really never heard of that, i am on Yasmin at the moment i was put on it after dd about 1 yr ago, not been doing to well though.

Well went to the docs, told her what has happened & few other things, she said because i have missed some pills there is a 50/50 chance i could be, she said the test i done the other day will not give me my answer because it was to early to test i have to wait at least 2 weeks from the day we done the deed, so to speak!

So all about a waiting game, she was not very positive & made me feel worse actually but hey thats docotors for you, she said i can return if it is positive

So will wait & do another one in a week or so.
