Best time of day to test

Hi, what is the best time of day to take a pregnancy test? My period is due on Friday and I was planning to test first thing this morning but in a daze I forgot! Should I wait until tomorrow or would this morning/afternoon/evening be ok? I am 12 dpo. Thanks

First thing in the morning - your hgc levels are the most concentrated.

But don't test until your period is late. No point because if it's negative you will retest anyway and at that point you are literally throwing money down the toilet

I know that's true but I struggle not to! Especially this month - it's my first month on clomid and first after a hycosy!

Ebay cheapies are your friend here OP I think it was £3.99 for a pack of 30 last time I bought some. I was the same after my lap, I easily tested three times a day!

I've always had positive tests at lunchtime for some reason, but morning is recommended.
