Does anyone ever pregnant from their first try?

We literally only had sex once on first day of fertile window as DP has a few issues and I totally thought it would have to wait till next month when we know more about what to do.

But the past 10 days I don't feel 100% I have been bloated as hell and ridiculously tired, Fitbit says I slept 10.5 hours for three nights in a row.
There's been a few cramps, twinges in that area, I'm emotional and something doesn't feel quite right. Are these symptoms?

Am I totally deluding myself because I want it to be?

Could be. But then again tiredness and bloating can be symptoms of impeding AF.
Shift work meant I knew exactly when I conceived and I was sick and dizzy three days later. By the time AF was late (and I was still testing negative ) I had every symptom going.

Agree it could be but you are also suddenly more in tune with all the goings on in your body so could be a normal cycle for you. Fingers crossed though! I symptom spotted like hell!!

With my 2nd child I fell pregnant the first month we tried so it's possible. Buy yourself a frer (6days earlier test if your due Af Sunday take it Friday ) xx

If AF is due on Sunday it seems very unlikely that you've been feeling pregnancy symptoms for ten days, since that would mean you'd have felt pregnant before implantation happened. You could be pregnant, but I doubt it's the cause of your symptoms.

Erm yep! We got pregnant first attempt, having sex once without condoms! Was a bit of a shock as I was expecting it to take months!

Yes, twice got pregnant first month. 2nd time we'd only had unprotected sex once. Started to feel different and very subtle symptoms within a week

I had serious symptoms last month, things I've never had before like spotting & burning nipples. Then a patchy period, which never happens... And no pregnancy! I'll probably feel nothing at all, if it ever happens!

Although it ended as it was ectopic, my husband and I got it first time after agreeing to try for a baby....he was very pleased with himself....he is hoping to be doubly pleased with himself later this month x

Implantation happens 6-12 days after conception- so that's what lisasimpson means. You could be pregnant but any "real" pregnancy symptoms wouldn't start until around now as it's too soon. Good luck! Take a test in a few days!

Because implantation happens at least 6 days after ovulation, and it is very unlikely that you ovulated 16 days ago and yet still have five days to go to AF. However, if you think I'm wrong and that you did implant 10 days ago then a test should now work no problem, so you can easily find out. As I said, I'm not saying you're not pregnant, but I am saying that you can't tell from your symptoms at this point.
