So I'm 8dpo and went to doctors today who did a pregnancy test and came back bfn doctor then said it's externally unlikely I'm pregnant wasn't fmu eaither would you say I'm out for this month?

I didn't think tests could normally pick it up that early especially without FMU - your not out until AF shows! X

Why did a doctor test at 8dpo?!

It was my 6 month cheack up post ovarian cyst sugary she felt my tummy and that and asked if I was trying to consive advise I was and said she would test me I did advise I was only 8dpo and she said it didn't matter than wen came back neg said there's n ochance km pregnant but I didn't think without fmu you can't tell that early x

Implantation can occur after 8dpo though.

Maybe there's something else she didn't mention/left out. Such as, you're not pregnant now but could be in a few days?!

That's really quite weird. Implantation generally starts on 6dpo and takes a few days to complete. It's entirely possible that at 8dpo you might not yet have measurable HCG in your wee.

Thankyou that's what I was thinking I'm going to see how the next few days go as I've had sore boobies and like a dragging feeling In my lower tummy and constantly tired and weeing more than usual I just didn't think it was always possible to reel this early on if you are or not even with a test but could she tell by feeling my tummy?

@mummabear30 id give it till Thursday or Friday and take a frer test xx

So 10dpo and had some light brown/ pink spotting in lots of cm this morning when wiped sorry TIM think af making her apporance lots of ache and cramping down there
