My partner and I have been trying to conceive for several months and I suffer from pcos. I had a Laparoscopy in September last year to get rid of the cysts to help me become pregnant.
So, I was getting some early pregnancy symptoms, gas, constipation, mood swings, tender breasts, lower back pain etc. We thought this was it, I could be pregnant. We were waiting until the day after my period was due to test for pregnancy. Then this morning I woke up with bad stomach pains, thought it was nothing, then walked downstairs to find I had started my period.... It was rather messy. Went upstairs to clean up and pop in a tampon. There were so many clots and so much blood.... But I checked my calendar and I am 5 days early.... Needless to say me and my partner are rather upset because we genuinely thought this was it.
Any ideas why I came on 5 days early and there were so many clots??
