Has anyone had this? I've read and heard a lot about it but not experienced it for myself before as far as I'm aware.. today though I had something. A small bleed and then terrible cramping pains very low down. Did try to get into the doctors as I was doubled over in pain. It lasted about 30 minutes and thanks to paracetamol it went and hasn't returned. Could this be it?
