Im probably crazy BUT 2 DPO and sore nipples?

Ok I think I'm mental so you can too but just wondering if anyone else had this too?

I had a very early miscarriage last month and we decided to try again straight away. I wasn't sure if I would ovulate or when as my cycle could be all messed up. So used CB OPKs for the last 10 days.
I got a positive on Saturday. DTD on Fri, Sat, Sun and today.
I had the smallest bit of pink spotting today and pain in my lower left abdomen. Now my nipples are really sore. It's the kind of soreness I've only felt once before and that was last month.

I know I'm far too early for this to be a pregnancy symptoms........Aren't I?

Last time the sore boobs and nipples was a huge sign and I knew over a week before AF came without testing. And when I think back I'm pretty sure it started a few days after ovulation.

Can implantation happen this quickly?

I think you only get implantation 7-10 days after an egg is fertilised. I got my first symptoms 7dpo, but thought it was Af. Didn't get BFP til 14DPO

@RockieValentine any updates? I'm 8dpo with sore nipples the past few days, and slight spotting today!

I get this soon after ov too... i think it's a sign of increased progesterone.

This is my first month TTC, but have monitored for a few cycles & have had it for all of them so not massively helpful or a sign either way in my experience!

Still waiting here ladies. I'm 12 DPO now. Nipples still get that werido feeling every few hours no other symptoms. Last time I started getting really sore boobs on 12/13 dpo so I really hope I wake up tomorrow with them sore
How are you getting on natur?
I've had such a shitty week, got bloody pneumonia and a sinus infection. Have never felt so I'll so I sincerely doubt I could be pregnant now.
AF not due until Tuesday so we'll see. I have stupid long cycles so makes waiting even harder

I hate to say it tho guys as I'm only 2DPO but my boobs are hurting! (Sorry, TMI) I did have EWCM on the 6th but didn't have a + ovulation test until the 12th. It's got me wondering now 😂 why am I like this 🤦‍♀️😂
