I'm going to start using these but have no idea how to use them. When do I start using them? And what time of day etc?

It seems a little complicated and stressful but figure it might increase our chances this month. Any other things we could do to increase the likihood? What is clomid?

Thanks xx

Use once in the afternoon on the day your period stops. When they start to get a little darker (as in, the test line) you may use then morning and afternoon so you don't miss the surge.

They pick up the surge in LH which accurs half a day to three days before you ovulate. So, they can tell you only that.

Kindara app is great for info. I'd recommend temping (only use a 2 decimal place thermometer) and observing cervical mucus too.

The Sperm Meets Egg website looks great for info on how to use them too!

Good luck!
