Hi, I think I got my positive opk today - 2 weeks after stopping Cerazette. Is this my positive then when do I count 1DPO please? Thank you x

Are these OPKs? They can't tell you when you've ovulated. They indicate the surge of LH which occurs 12-72 hours before you ovulate. The surge can sometimes happen and then you don't ovulate, your body is simply trying to.

Used with temping (with a 2 decimal place thermometer) you can work out what DPO you are. Your temp rises the day after you ovulate.

Ps the final one does look positive. Test again evening and morning to compare, and see what degree of positive is usual for you.
