What can I expect next?

I'm on cycle 2 TTC. First cycle off pill was 30 days. Perfect, I thought. I'm CD38 on cycle 2. I know cycles usually take months to settle post pill.

I got a negative HPT on day 32.

I have no other symptoms so feel 95% sure this isn't my month, but where is AF?! Do I keep expecting it to arrive? When do I give up on the month? Is it worth testing again or not, say CD40?

Not temping or using OPKs (my obsessive personality would not thank me!) so no idea about when/if I ovulated.

Any advice very welcome, thanks Smile.

It's totally normal for your body to take a while to settle down after the pill. It's also normal to have some months a year where your cycle is a bit irregular.

Use OPKs to work out when to dtd and I'm sure your cycles will settle down in time.

I would think test maybe once a week until af returns. And then do opks until your cycles settle down? I personally would test again if it's almost a week since you tested and still no af

Thanks, both. Going to test tomorrow - woke up too late this morning!
