Interested to know how you guys feel about making plans for the future. I have a holiday booked for August which I am already worried about (I know it's too early to be worrying) and my mum's just booked us in to a rather expensive spa for the end of April. My DH has told me not to be silly and that we'll deal with these things when they come to it and IF we're even pregnant at that point. How can I already find things to worry about?!?!

Oh good idea about the snapshot cakes I've took one too to remember when people are testing! So Salem is up next. Fx it may be positive in a few days Hun.

Oh I'm glad about the pineapple @hippy. Does the book mention about only doing it for 5 days? I've stopped now as read afterward it can be bad but I'm not sure?! I love pineapple anyway!

@Sophsta I wouldn't worry about future plans. Where are you going on holiday? As long as it's not a zoos affected country I say don't worry about it. We can't control the future. There is no point holding off on stuff.
I've avoided things and not booked things presuming I would be due my baby very soon. An worst case at least pregnant. But here I am no pregnancy in sight! So I say take it as it comes like DH says! 😊

I'm the same sophsta wondering what to do and not do, my friends last night want to book going away for the weekend in May for a drunken girly spa weekend, don't want to miss out as might not be pregnant but I don't want to have to deal with lying about cancelling if I was to be. Not going abroad this summer but only thing like said is avoid zika places as that'll put a spanner in the works!

Do you know, I'm feeling ropey as fuck today. Hope it's a good sign. Can't stop sneezing, and waves of sickness. The only thing I keep thinking about is fresh fruit.

I'm an absolute maximum of 6dpo (if I ov at the very beginning of FW which is doubtful but you never know).

BFP due 16th march at latest (cycles between 24-28 days)

It's only Spain and so no Zika thank goodness. If only we could just decide a day to get pregnant and not have all this uncertainty! Thanks for the reassurance x

Wouldn't that be great sophsta!! I would just make the plans and deal with the problems late if they arise. Gives you something to look forward to whilst dealing with TTC. I had to cancel a hen do when I got pregnant with DD. Felt a bit of a fool at the time and my friends probably guessed what was happening,but i don't regret it.

Sorry ladies, was out last night and felt awful all day. Didn't feel like I had that much but I can't stop sweating and feel really sick so I'm feeling sorry for myself!

Hopefully we see another load of BFPs rolling in n the next few days.

Spain sounds good Sophsta. If we have no luck this cycle we might book a holiday to canaries for end if April (when my due date would of been) need something else to focus on. Think a distraction sometimes is good!

anyone with iphone the book @hippy recommended is £7.99. i've dipped in and out of it but it's really good so far x

Here are my stats to add... TTC#2 cycle 1, BFP due 6/3 but did an early test and -ve so high chance we are out for this month and onto concentrating on cycle 2!

Soph I think just book it as others have said it will give you something to look forward to :) this ttc journey is hard enough without depriving ourselves. Also I had a friend come on a spa break with us last year, she had gotten pg after we had booked but she came along anyway and said she was glad she had. She was able to use most stuff and even dangle her legs in the jacuzzi!

I think I'm going to try and not test! I don't have any in the house and I have family staying so probably couldn't get until Monday to test with fmu on Tuesday. Ovia is telling me to test then as my LP was a fat shorter last cycle. I felt different the last few days but my nipples have started to hurt today and looking at previous cycles that always happens around 3 or 4 days before af

charley I'm gonna try and hold off as well - I bought my frer's with the intention of them showing a positive because I heard on here they were one of the best tests, I don't really want to waste them. I've got one clear blue standard one left if I can't hold out but I'm gonna try I think.

anna I think a trip to the canaries in April sounds just what the doctor ordered. To be fair I think we can fly in the first few months - just won't be able to go all inclusive and enjoy the drinks package 😂
