Hey all new to this site (joined yesterday) this is gonna make me sound so thick but how do I know how long my menstrual cycle is ( is it the length from 1 period to the next ) just I sometimes get my period 4-7 days early some months. Trying to conceive and with them been early some times it's hard lol xx

Best thing to do is to download an app like clue and input your info as you are on your period. It's only by tracking that you'll really get to know your cycle.

Thanks I always put it in my phone in the calendar but the last few I've started 4-7 days early it's so annoying lol xx

I really like the app called 'period tracker- menstrual calendar' when I had periods.
It's pretty basic, but really easy to use and the projected period dates were always spot on :)
