Scared to DEATH to take a test!

2 years of TTC with ex partner, and over 2 years with my current boyfriend.
Due for a camera in my womb in 2 weeks, looking for possible fibroids or adenomyosis.
IVF booked for May.
Supposed to have came on 2 days ago. Never had a month this long, always on by now. Day 32. My boobs are sensitive and I never symptom spot. Could it be a miracle? I can't bring myself to test
