Can anyone else see another faint line? jumped the gun no doubt because I'm not due on my period yet however I've been getting period like cramps, sore and tender nipples and feel a bit weird. Opinions? I've never really done a test before so not sure how reliable they are.

I am a little shocked if your period is due 12th march. You can't have long ovulated!

Why are you testing 11 days before your period is due??

That's a definite positive but you might want to look over your dates or something because there's no way you'd get a line like that 11 days before your period is due...not sure that's even possible as surely you've only just ovulated??

Would depend on the length of the cycle I guess?

You can get pregnant during any time of your cycle though can't you? I know it's very unlikely but I'm sure it can happen. I've never done an ovulation predictor kit but I'm sure that I ovulate quite soon after my period has ended.

I know it's daft as I haven't had a missed period, maybe TTC has turned me into a crazy lady

I will wait for a couple of weeks and test again (if I'm late for AF of course!)

Hey jesse that looks like a second line but seems incredibly early - I've seen you on another thread though say you have just come off the pill? Perhaps your af date could be sooner than you think.

When I started to TTC I did quite a bit of googling as I had memories of biology lessons at school and being taught one accident can lead to pregnancy. I was quite surprised to hear there is actually a small window once a month to conceive. ( my mum was also surprised!)

There are some good websites and videos to watch to refresh on the basics. Xx

Yes I have recently come off the pill. But yes it's the same story for me! Nurses/doctors used to to scare the hell out of me when I was a teen by saying that if I missed one pill I would have to used condoms for seven days! It's only now that I am older I have discovered it's actually a very small window of opportunity like you have said.

I still stand by the fact that we all ovulate at different times of the month and I'm sure that I ovulate almost right after my period. As mentioned, I've tested way too early. I'll try and stop doing that! X

I am going to wait until (I think) AF is overdue then maybe test again then. As others have suggested above I may have my dates wrong here I was trying my best to keep a track of my periods and what not but I was on holiday all around the time it was happening, I was out having fun so didn't really pay much attention.

That is the ONLY one thing I miss about being on the pill, running your packs through and not having periods for up to three months now that I'm off, AF will now be my monthly visitor!
