Can anyone cast their eyes over these two?

Bottom one was taken at 8am today, top one was 3pm today... is the top one a positive?

Yes would say so. I'm no expert as only used these for first time this month and mine looked just like this

The photo is not clear enough. Can you post a corse photo of the one you believe to be positive (test line as dark as it darker than control)?
