@mrsjkerry so sorry to hear you neen in hospital love, hopefully it passes soon. Make sure you take it easy xx

@Coastalchick good luck!!

@Pibbee I think it's a possibility, maybe you ovulated late?

@Flatwhite31 glad you're feeling better, your temperature sounds uncomfortably high, have you tried taking some aspirin? I find sometimes it works better for me.

I still have pretty much the same symptoms, no throwing up luckily but dizzy spells and nausea. Slept on my belly and woke up in horrible pain. My whole abdomen was hurting and my back felt like it got kicked in, went away after about an hour though so that's ok. Today I also got something new: a shooting pain in my belly, starts from my side and ends just above my belly button (about 5 inches in total). It comes and goes but it's like tiny electric shocks, I'll get one every few seconds for a few minutes and then it stops. It's actually quite painful and weird Confused DH came home with pregnancy tests today, but I am trying to hold off until next week.

JellyBean89 · 31/03/2017 23:16

Oh and I have the same shooting pain in my breast Confused

Mamaready · 01/04/2017 08:38

Just read up about the symptom spotting... I'm glad this is a thing! I'm desperately to get painful boobs and nausea! My AF isn't due until next Saturday and this is my first 2WW & it's so difficult waiting! I just want to know!

How soon before AF do symptoms even appear?

Flatwhite31 · 01/04/2017 08:57

Hi ladies!
@mrsjkerry I hope you have a nice, chilled out two weeks. We finish next Fri, the I'm off on honeymoon with DH on the Sunday! Can't wait!

@jellybean Your symptoms sound very promising! I had nausea on Thursday while driving to work and nearly had to pull over, it it has completely gone now! Fingers crossed for you!

@mamaready Hope the next week doesn't drag for you! Symptom spotting is definitely a 'thing'! I thought I might be pg the other day, as I do have tender boobs now (didn't before) and I had one spell of nausea on that same day, but the nausea has now completely gone! I only stopped the pill 4 weeks ago though, so tender boobs are more likely a sign of my first proper AF. Part of me is worried about AF not arriving, therefore showing I'm not ovulating! Crazy how paranoid I'm becoming! Which cycle are you on @mamaready?

Flatwhite31 · 01/04/2017 08:58

Apologies for all the typos in the above post! Typing these messages on my phone!

Mamaready · 01/04/2017 11:08

This is my first cycle trying if that's what you mean?

I've been off both control for some time and just tracking my ovulation by opk sticks but I'm quite irregular. cycle varies month to month between 29-40 days. I have gone for 3 months without a period (had scans and bloods which didn't show anything) so I know what you mean flatwhite31 about worrying about AF coming and then also worrying it won't come and not be pregnant! Because my periods are irregular and I've had heavy periods and I'm in my early 30s I just feel like it's going to take forever so I'm really anxious about it all so it's sorta taking the fun out of it for me.

MistyBxx · 01/04/2017 19:22

Hey girlies, hope you're all doing ok. Some amazing symptoms on here! Looking forward to a few bfps coming up 🌸

Just wanted to let you know that I will be back on this thread sooner than I thought. Unfortunately I'm going through the worst heavy bleeding and cramping I've ever felt. It's pretty horrendous and no amount of wishing or hoping or looking on the bright side can change the fact that it's pretty clear what's happening. I'm absolutely devastated. So i just wanted to pop on here to thank you for your lovely caring words and support and to wish you all the best of luck ttc. It WILL happen girlies, just like I know it WILL happen for me again, when the time is right. I'm going to have to ride this out for now but once it's over I will definitely be back. I'm ready to be a mum and I know you all are too. If you fill this thread up, please make a new one and post the link coz you're all so lovely, I really don't want to lose touch 🌺 speak soon xxx

Flatwhite31 · 01/04/2017 19:48

@MistyBxx oh I'm so sorry my lovely. You will be a mummy one day, and an amazing one at that! We are all here for you. I'm going nowhere until I see that BFP one day, whenever that may be. Look after yourself. Xx

ttcnovice · 01/04/2017 20:02

Misty I'm so, so sorry Sad. I can't even imagine what you must be going through. You sound like such a strong person though, so I'm sure this will only make you even stronger! Please do keep in touch with us all, we'll all be here whenever you need. Take care of yourself Flowers xxx

Pibbee · 01/04/2017 20:08

Oh no @misty I'm so sorry to hear that Flowers you poor thing. Take care of yourself and come back when you are ready xxxx

JellyBean89 · 01/04/2017 20:27

@MistyBxx I'm so sorry babe! I really admire your strength and one day you will be a mum and you will be a wonderful mum. Feel free to come on here whenever you want to vent, we are all here for you.

My symptoms are all the same but I had a ring spot of blood when I wiped today and I'm starting to get AF like cramps, so I expect her to show up soon. I do feel sad but I have faith that it will happen one day. When the time is right.

I keep thinking about when I was in school and it was drilled into me that if you had unprotected sex even once you would end up pregnant Hmm and now I am at it like a rabbit during my FW and nothing LMAO

JellyBean89 · 01/04/2017 20:28

I meant a tiny spot of blood, not a ring Grin

Forevertimes · 01/04/2017 20:33

Misty- 💐 So sorry to hear your news. You have been a pillar of strength for lots of us on here and your positivity is inspirational- please don't go anywhere!! Thoughts and prayers with you x

Jellybean- I keep saying exactly the same thing! I have spent most of my adult life being terrified of accidentally getting pregnant- pill and condoms( to be extra safe) and now finding out the reality.... I feel like it's all been a big con!

Flatwhite31 · 01/04/2017 20:54

Oh I know @JellyBean89! I remember having a scare when I was 19, and being terrified of being pregnant! I went on the pill soon after! That said, there was absolutely no WAY I was ready for motherhood at 19! It's just typical that falling pregnant isn't as easy as it sounds! I'm still worrying about AF not showing up, although my boobs now really hurt which I'm taking as a sign of hormones doing their thing. At least we can support each other on here Smile

mrsjkerry · 01/04/2017 21:22

I was on the pill with my first boyfriend and I also insisted he wore condoms!!!! I was convinced we'd have sex and get pregnant 😂

Ohhh Misty I really am gutted for you 😔 well done for being so positive, you're absolutely right that this will happen for you and when it does it will be so special ❤️ take care of yourself over the next few days, I hope it passes quickly for you.

coastalchick · 02/04/2017 12:13

so sorry to hear this misty. Everyone on here is sending lots of love your way x

Flatwhite31 · 02/04/2017 13:57

Hi ladies!

How are you all today? It's a gorgeous day here today in the South East. Still no sign of AF here. Knowing my luck, she'll strike while I'm on a Zipwire or something during the school trip I'm going on! Haha! The cramping I had a couple of weeks ago has now settled (thank god, although it was most definitely much worse due to the UTI I had), and has been replaced with sore boobs. I used to get sore boobs on the pill though, so nothing new there. Will test if AF doesn't appear by the end of the week. Hope you're all having a lovely Sunday.
@MistyBxx - how are you feeling today? X

Twistedsister7 · 02/04/2017 22:39

Awww Misty there are no words that I can use to put into words how I feel for you. I hope in time you'll be back here & just do what you need to do to get through this xxx

Flatwhite31 · 03/04/2017 07:15

Well ladies, AF arrived this morning on the day I'm taking 60 kids to an activity centre for a 3 day school trip! What timing! However, it's exactly 28 days after my last pill withdrawal bleed, so it's a good start in terms of being able to make plans! Have a lovely few days everyone. X

charl19 · 03/04/2017 08:16

Sorry everyone been awol for a while, got a new job last week went out to celebrate on Friday now that I could and had my drink spiked, ended up being taken to a and e in an ambulance.. was fine the next day, very bizarre. Not that I drink very much anyway but has certainly put me off.

Misty I am so sorry, I know how horrible it is and wouldn't wish it on anyone. I led on the sofa for two days and then I felt "normal", it's horrible to say. Thinking of you, don't give up hope it will happen for all of us eventually xx loads of love to you, hope you are resting up and looking after yourself xx here if you need a chat 😘

charl19 · 03/04/2017 08:18

Mrsj Hope you're ok xx feel stupid to say but I haven't got a clue what HG is..

Aw flatwhite sorry, but the positives are that you know you have a 28 day cycle to work with! Xx

ttcnovice · 03/04/2017 09:50

Sorry about AF flat - good news that your cycles look to be so regular after the pill though so that's something!

charl that's awful Shock thank goodness you're okay and had no ill effects the next day! It must have been terrifying to go through though!

Hope you're okay mrsj - does HG usually last for the full pregnancy or is it just the first trimester?

No news from me, CD27 at the moment so expecting AF tomorrow. No signs so far but it's hit and miss with me whether I get any to be honest - sometimes I'll get some cramping the day before, other times she just appears out of nowhere! Not going to bother testing I don't think, not much point considering I didn't get a positive OPK this cycle.

Marie90 · 03/04/2017 12:18

flatwhite31 sorry she showed up! And what bad timing as well! Although on the plus side at least you're regular with your cycle :)

charl19 that sounds terrifying! Especially if you don't drink that often! Confused

TTC i hope a surprise bfp is on store for you... You never know!

And on my front... I've been having really really sore boobs for the last week and a half which was slightly odd as it's usually just a day or two before AF. Also found myself absolutely knackered last week, even though i didn't have a busier week then normal. Was driving myself crazy in the tww so got myself a Frer and tested on Thursday CD25 when i got in from work and couldn't believe my eyes when i got a V.thin bfp!! (Practically impossible to see unless you were in the light)!

Tested again today (CD29) when AF was ment to arrive and got a better one!!!

Very very early days but I'm cautiously excited!
