How long after ovulation does your temperature rise?

As it says in the title really 😊
Is it the day after or does it take a couple of days? Do you get a consistent rise? I had a increase of 0.1c yesterday but today was back down again! Not sure what to make of it!

I think one day after, and the rise must be maintained for 3 days.

2 decimal place thermometer essential though!

It is the day after, but it's also possible to be a 'slow riser'! I see a rise in BBT the day after ovulation, but it's not THAT much. However, it will then continue to rise gradually over the next few days. Apparently the first day of this gradual climb is the first day post-ovulation. For many people however it will be a noticeable jump the day after ovulation and the BBT will stay up there until AF. Hope this makes sense!
