I looked at those too and was unsure because of the cheap price.

GimmeSomeLuck · 21/02/2017 20:39

Yes. They show my ovulation each month - confirmed about 24hours later with my ovulation pain.

I get mine from Amazon.

They also make pregnancy tests, but I don't find them that great.

Crumbelina · 21/02/2017 20:40

Pretty sure they're fine even though they're cheap! They were always accurate for my ovulation (even though I have mild PCOS) and I got my 2 BFPs using them. I'm pretty sure they're what the NHS use too.

Crumbelina · 21/02/2017 20:42

In fact I switched to them after using the Clearblue Fertility Monitor for 1.5 years (around a £1 a stick - I dread to think how much I spent!)

BertieBotts · 21/02/2017 20:44

They are okay although their midstream pregnancy tests are awful, avoid those.

You can get cheap dip tests which aren't coming from China which are a bit better. I know the Americans all swear by wondfo as being the best cheapie brand but I don't know if you can get them there.

Here in Germany it's one-step or clearblue or €4-7 generic tests. Such a pain! I think I'll pick up some cheap ones when I'm in the UK next.

Oh no I ordered pregnancy tests too! Oh well, they were only £1.20 for 2 of them. Got 5 ovulation ones too, glad to hear they work!

I got about 30 of these off amazon for about £4 - been using them for two cycles and they're great for giving you and idea for when you ovulate.

Mummy081212 · 21/02/2017 21:11

I've just started using these - I'm on day 15 of an on average 35 day cycle. Showing no LH surge yet. It's the first time I've ever used these so I'm hoping they will show clearly when I am ovulating. This is our 3rd cycle TTC - fell instantly with our first. Putting a lot of pressure on ourselves and struggling to relax about it all. Only planning on tracking ovulation this month so I have an idea x

moonoverthewater · 21/02/2017 21:12

They worked for me and the pregnancy ones were fine too

Oysterbabe · 21/02/2017 21:23

They're fine and I got my bfp on one of the pregnancy tests.

BillyButtfuck · 21/02/2017 21:25

Yes I used these and the Pregnancy tests and both worked perfectly

user1471495191 · 21/02/2017 21:26

Yup - worked well for me both times ttc

Fruitcocktail6 · 21/02/2017 21:34

Both the ovulation tests and the pregnancy ones work really well for me. I got my first BFP with one of those.

Andysgirl15 · 22/02/2017 07:12

jmariehac · 22/02/2017 09:17

Mummy081212 · 22/02/2017 18:11
