#2 PMA all the way to BFP xxx

So we've maxed out our first thread, the positivity is building up nicely and we're joyfully moving on to a brand new thread...

This thread is for anyone TTC and is bursting with positivity, love and support as we cruise towards our BFP's.

New rules instead of saying AF due we say BFP due ...
Also you do not have to add your age or what cycle number you're on if you don't want to ...

The ultimate aim is to get everyone to destination BFP ASAP...
however the bus ride may take a little longer for some of us ...
it doesn't matter if you take the scenic route ...
as long you get there.

So plug in your stats and off we go xxx

Well think I'm out ladies, more this evening like the start of normal af (I'm guessing you don't get that much with implantation)
Gutted that af came 3 days early!!!
Fx for everyone else that's due a bfp soon!

ArchiesMamaBird · 20/02/2017 23:19

Nanny I've read threads on here where people have had spotting for a few days and it's been implantation, so you're not out yet Smile

Something & magpie - my fingers are firmly crossed for you ladies this week ... this thread is overdue some bfp's ... they're definitely in the post... come on universe sprinkle some baby dust on here please :)
I don't drink so can't really comment on whether to or not ... but I can't imagine a drink or two would hurt xxx

Archies thank you for the feedback from the doctor that's really useful ... I've instructed my dp to relieve himself regularly just on the basis that's it's healthy as he doesn't know how hard I'm tTC and he's good with that instruction funnily enough Wink xxx

Hippychic79 · 21/02/2017 07:39

Moo I don't think your being unreasonable... this tTC lark is stressful and whilst we can influence it somewhat (opks dtd diet etc) it's ultimately out of our control... but your bathroom plan ... that's more in your control so I can completely see why you'd have a meltdown. Keep dtd like Archie's doctor said - don't stop dtd after ovulation you might not have missed it! I do understand how you feel though - dp and I were poorly in January and only dtd on CD9 .... I was soooooo pissed off kissing my egg goodbye that month .... but it did help me to start putting this in perspective .... a few weeks isn't that long really ... it just feels that way when you've been tTC for a while ... fx you haven't missed it .... xxx

@salem i think i read that you need 10 days for implantation so i'm sure your luteal phase will be at least this length xx

BellaMoon · 21/02/2017 08:27

morning all - really struggling with lack of caffeine lately as DH has effectively banned it! so my #PMA might take a while to kick start this morn. love the @hippy quote about your thoughts becoming your words becoming your behaviour.

if my actual thoughts became my behaviour today, i think i'd be arrested ConfusedWink i'm switching from being horny to a psychopathic killer. wait, why not just roll them all into 1 and be an absolute delight for my colleagues HAHAHA (evil laugh)

hope you all have a good day Smile

@nanny you sure this is AF? x

NannyGR · 21/02/2017 08:38

Morning ladies!
Feeling very crampy this morning, but also nearly threw up so mixed feelings!!
I'm feeling like it's the start of af, enough there to need to use a pad but not massive amounts, think I will wait and see how today goes as if it is the witch then she should be in full flow by this evening!!

How's everyone else feeling today??

Hippychic79 · 21/02/2017 08:41

sarahb I completely empathise with you reference dh falling asleep... my dp is prone to getting tired and bailing on dtd at the last minute which I find extremely fucking itritating and damn right rude especially in fw and especially when I'm horney as hell ... it has caused a lot of arguments for us and it drives me nuts xxx

Hey mrsb ... I empathise with the work restrictions... eventually you should catch at the perfect time ... any sign of af yet? Xxx

Hippychic79 · 21/02/2017 08:47

Hey salem luteal Phase should be 10-14 days any less than 10 could be a concern so I'd keep an eye on it for a few cycles xxx

Oh Nanny how annoying. At least you should probably know one way or the other by the end of the day. Then you can at least deal with that situation whether it is AF or not.

I had a mild stomach cramps when I woke up but they have gone now. No other symptoms really at the moment.

Thanks for the PMA Hippy. Those messages all help me feel a bit calmer!

Hippychic79 · 21/02/2017 08:52

Sorry to hear about AF Nanny although holding out that it is just spotting!!
I agree with everyone, I am struggling to keep up with the thread so sending my apologies in advance if I have left anyone out!

Bella why is caffeine banned - is it bad for TTC?

Thanks for advice on luteal cycle. I'm still concerned that it's not long enough. Does it start the day of ovulation or the day after?

SalemTheTeenageWitch · 21/02/2017 09:06

Eeeek FX Hippy!!!! It's so exciting seeing those lines! CD15 here and nothing as of yet Sad.

ArchiesMamaBird · 21/02/2017 09:15

Salem I think there's a few things you can do to try and lengthen your luteal phase. I'm sure raspberry leaf tea can help (might be wrong here but I remember reading something about it)

It starts the day after Ovulation, and it needs to be at least 10 days I think. You could always talk to your doctor if you're worried, they might be able to put your mind at rest more than google will Smile

ArchiesMamaBird · 21/02/2017 09:19

I'm on day 5 of flashing smiley face now, but I had a temperature dip this morning so I think I'll get my peak tomorrow

SalemTheTeenageWitch · 21/02/2017 09:27

Thanks Archies. Raspberry Leaf Tea can only be taken before FW week? Also, where abouts in the West Midlands are you from?!
