Hi everyone,

I'm not sure if this is the right place but I just thought I'd post to see if anyone else was TTC after miscarriage and under the treatment of Dr Shehata?

I had all the blood tests a few weeks ago and had the results that I have one type of high NK cells and low folic acid absorption (not too much of an issue apparently). Anyway I've now started on steroids for 10 days (from ovulation) to suppress my immune system and hopefully get me ready to hang on to a baby!

Age 31
TTC #1
Cycle 9 (since last miscarriage but have also had an op to remove a large ovarian cyst so I'm hoping now that's gone it might happen quicker!)
AF due 24 Feb

I'm off booze and caffeine, eating tonnes of veg and doing lots of yoga & walking. Surely it can't be long now 😊

@pickledsausage i know this is a very old thread but just wondered how things panned out for you? I am in a similar position as you were in 2016!
currently 32, had one MMC and a chemical. Now on cycle 7 ttc.
I have a cyst on my ovary and just wondered how this affects fertility? I’m having an US in December to check my internals out.

Now seriously considering Dr Shehata but reading both positive and sceptical reviews..

@ChickenT2b oh wow this is a blast from the past. I’m so sorry you’re going through this. I have two happy, healthy little boys after treatment with Mr Shehata, aged 4 (conceived not long after this post!) and 2. There is hope. Everything crossed for you xx
