We have been TTC for four months. My cycles are always 26/27 days and always last 7 days. This month I started experiencing abdominal pains on Monday which was day 26 and presumed that it was AF. They came and then went. The same happened on Tuesday and Wednesday. Yesterday I also started spotting-only a tiny amount but definitely brown. I also felt quite sick and could barely eat my lunch. I did a pregnancy test this morning which was negative-and now on day 29. Still spotting today but any thoughts. Have I tested too early? Or do I need to accept it's a no even though I have no period.
Thank you :)

which brand of test did you use?
Not all tests detect pg early on - I've read on here that First Response are the best.

It was a Tesco branded one.

I would give it another few days and if af still hasn't shown up, maybe test again... I know some of the tests don't always detect pg straight away... sorry i can't be anymore help than that xxx

Tesco ones are a bit rubbish now. I'd get a different brand and try

Thank you. I will leave it a few more days and then try a different brand. So hard to wait!!

Wait at least 3 more days then test.
