Proof of ovulation?

I had a pelvic ultrasound on day 20 of a 32 day cycle and the results say one ovary contained a luteal body. Is that proof of ovulation? Thanks!

I think so, corpus luteum only form from ovualated follicles. Follicles that don't ovulate just regress.
