Clomid... Could this really work?

Hi, I've just been prescribed Provera followed by Clomid 50mg to try and get pregnant after miscarriage in September. I guess I am just feeling a bit hopeless about it all at the minute and think this couldn't possibly work straight away. Would appreciate any success stories or other to give me some hope that I might get my baby. Thanks xx

I'm the same, trying for 5 years and now on month 2 of the provera and clomid. I've searched all over for stories, never seem to find any ! I take it for PCOS though

Whilst I don't know much about the subject I just wanted to tell you that both my sisters-in-law took Clomid to get pregnant. It took them a year and they both had trouble free pregnancies and healthy baby boys.

A good friend of mine was trying to conceive for a year with PCOS. After a year, she went to the doctors, was given Clomid and conceived within two months.

I have severe PCOS so this is my only option, I don't have the money for IVF or anything like that. It makes me so sad, we are good people, and a nice financially stable family, far from rich but we get by. Just feel like I've done something wrong. I love my 6 year old son, and he's my miracle, I just have a overpowering need for another

We conceived within 2 months of being in chlomid. Then we managed to get pregnant naturally with dc2. Dr said my first pregnancy had reminded my body what it needed to do.

My story is a bit rubbish but it worked for me

I fell pregnant with twins on my second cycle of clomid, although I lost both. I am about to start another cycle of Clomid tonight! I also have PCOS x good luck x

My nephew was conceived after 3 years of ttc and just two months on clomid.

I have a Clomid baby. Well she's 2.5 years old now. Fell on my second round.

So lovely to hear all these stories! Gives me hope... On second day of clomid now so fingers crossed!
