Peak result on opk

I've had peak results on opks two days in a row. Anyone else has this?

I thought it was supposed to come and go pretty quickly.

You get a positive opk 12-36 hours before ovulation so possibly you tested just as your levels rose and just before ovulation :)

It's gone on to day 3 now. Also have really bad cramps. Guessing this means I am ovulating?
