Am I pregnant?

Hi guys, complete newbie here. My AF was due yesterday but no sign and no major symptoms apart from sore boobs and the odd cramp and twinge.
I used the Superdrug early detection test this morning and one line came up so it looked negative. 😒
I went to make a drink and when I came back a second faint (very faint) line has appeared 🤗
What do you guys think?

You are pregnant dear. Mine was like that when I discovered I was pregnant with my twin boys. Congratulations!! If you want to be 100% certain you can get a blood test done.
