Ibuprofen...

So I've just recovered from a flu/virus type bug. Was taking ibuprofen and cold and flu tabs for about 5 days. I'm due to ovulate about now but had no signs - CM is not very abundant and is not EWCM etc.
I've just read about ibuprofen being a no go for TTC which I didn't know :( now worried I've wasted a cycle.
Anyone else had delayed ov after being sick? Or any stories to share to make me feel better?!

I had similar type of bug in early December and ovulated a week later than usual. It's happened before. Keep a look out for that EWCM!

Don't stress about taking ibuprofen. There must be hundreds of women who conceive and take it before they know they are pregnant. The main risks are in later pregnancy it seems. I certainly don' think you've wasted a cycle. Good luck!

Ibuprofen is a no no in pregnancy but doesn't cause any issues with ovulation that I'm aware of.
