A beginners guide to fertility tracking?!

So finally about to start TTC number 2 - about 6 months later than I'd planned!

We're still knackered from DS terrible sleep and never seem to be on top of things and are just so tired! There's no way we will manage to DTD every couple of days!

First time round i half heartedly tried to track fertile times and it took around a year. This time I want to be more on top of tracking things so I know when is the best time to try.

Does anyone know of a good guide or anything like that? I've bought some sticks to check when I'm I ovulating and I'm currently just finishing a period so it'll be coming up soon.

One more thing, my periods have been coming around every 24/25 days - is this bad? I've heard a short literal phase is bad but I'm not exactly sure what that is!

Thanks a lot!

Hi shantotto,
The bible for this is 'taking charge of your fertility' by Toni weschler.
Good luck
Thistly.

Could you help with some research? We would like to hear about women’s views on fertility tracking apps…
