Did i ovulate?

Hello , been a few months since i stppped ovulating and decided to temp and im unsure but does this look real to you? I dont wana give my hopes up, have i ovulated?

It looks promising, however you have a lot of unfilled dots (meaning you're not taking temperatures at the same time every day) and these can mean the temperatures are not entirely accurate. Maybe try using OPKs alongside temping to get a fuller picture.

I had 6 surges last month with opks im never using them again they cause more stress, they were done well within 20mins of each other x
