Missed misscarridge TTC - some advice please

Hi everyone - looked on here a few times and decided to join. Need some advice please.

I wasn't planning on having a baby but I came off pill January last year & fell pregnant in august. Unfortunately I had a missed misscarridge at 9 weeks & then had an evac following this in October. I got my first period in December there. Started to use apps and stuff but not sure of my cycle yet never done this.

Can anyone recommend apps for me, advice etc or has anyone fell pregnant quickly after a misscarridge? Totally scared I won't fall pregnant again 😭

I'm so sorry to hear your experience so far. I used the Ovia app and it was amazing - every month you enter data everyday it fine tunes your cycle predictions etc. I started using before TTC to build up data and it had me spot on as we got pregnant first time.

aw thanks. Someone told me about that but I don't know my cycle length yet because I have only had one period following evac & it look like 8 weeks to eventually appear 🙈

I think all apps etc will require input based on discharge, periods, cramping etc- if you've not got back into cycles yet either wait or download and start inputting anyway - it'll be useful to keep track of stuff and will adjust as things change.
