Do positions matter

Is it better for conception to have deep penetration positions and should a woman have a orgasm

Apparently there's no supporting evidence for any preference. But logic would think that a deeper position and one that doesn't defy gravity too much for the woman, plus having an orgasm AFTER your male partner might possibly be better to aid sperm to egg.

I think it's maybe more important to stay lying down afterwards for awhile and not get up immediately.
I'm pretty sure I conceived being in top, but when TTC I did get into the habit of lying flat on my back for ten mins after. I even think I tilted my hips a few times

Yeah I also did the laying on my back thing afterwards. And I read somewhere that there's some evidence to suggest an orgasm afterwards helps move the sperm to where they need to go.
