I would see a doctor and ask for a blood test just to be on the safe side x

first wee of the day is the best and from what i've learnt on here the Early Response tests are pretty good.... but I'm TTC #1 so no expert. Sorry xxx

You would certainly get a line by now if you were pregnant. I don't think you're pregnant but having a very long weird cycle. Are you coming off any birth control?

user1482332820 · 21/12/2016 18:31

No birth control in over 1 year.

Are you temping?

user1482332820 · 21/12/2016 19:45

I'm not temping, I've been getting cramps like at is coming and then doesn't show I've also been feeling nauseous and sometimes get lightheaded through the day.

What kind of HPT have you taken? A FRER or a clear blue?

user1482332820 · 21/12/2016 20:23

I have now taken 2 sainsburys own hpt and a clear blue one. Not sure if frer it's all a bit confusing.

I'm in the same position - CD76 here and multiple bfns. I saw my doctor last week and he recommended just doing an hpt every week and has arranged bloods and a scan as we've been trying for 16 months. I think folic acid gives me slight tummy cramps and makes me feel a bit sick which sometimes gets my hopes up.

I don't agree with a pp that you can't be pregnant - it can take 3 weeks post conception for a hpt to be positive and if you've continued dtd regularly you could have ovulated late and conceived so it is worth checking an hpt weekly until you get a positive or af arrives.

Thankyou I can't get appointment until after New Year now so I'll just have to wait and see.

A FRER is a first response early response test. And the clear blue you should try is the digital one that says 'pregnant' or 'not pregnant' as that would give you a definite answer. Good luck!!

I've been out and bought a frer today will check in the morning if still no af.
