Sorry if TMI. What does egg white with a bit of blood in it mean? (If anything!)

That's all really. I have had one period since coming off the mini pill and the egg white around ovulation (after the period) had a streak of blood in it. Does this mean anything? I can't honestly say that I've ever noticed it before.

Sometimes the overy bleeds a little when the egg is released.

Anyone with mid-month bleeding information? I've been suffering with brownish discharge and back ache around ovulation time for the psat year. Had a laparoscopy and had endometriosis burnt away in October and 4 months of acupuncture since then has eased symptoms significantly but it's come back while taking IUI drugs this month. Stressed!
