Anyone on CD1 as well and bummed about AF arriving? Where are you on your cycle?

Welcome Lucy :) I'm ttc#1 so I'm no expert but I would say - try to relax and stay calm. You're only on cycle 1 so it's early days no need to worry xxx

Hi Anna - happy dtd to you :))) fx my friend xxx. My oh is up for dtd tonight but I've just done an opk and haven't got a smiley face ... my oh says he'll dtd tomorrow too but I know from bitter experience that this is unrealistic for him ... I'm feeling a little under the weather (not sure if I've got a cold coming or whether my body is telling me I've eaten too much crap) ...anyway I'm putting oh off until I see that smiley face .... please god let it come tomorrow or Monday as he's working Tuesday and Wednesday ... I don't mind waiting till Thursday but my egg cannot be released on Tuesday!!!!

I did an opk last night and got a faint line plus I'm getting a bit of ewcm. I know the line needs to be darker but it sounds like I'm starting my fertile week. DS in bed then Dtd and then a Chinese for nye . Going to test again every evening until that line goes. Fx

O/h works loads so it's hit and miss whether he's got enough energy to score the goal so to speak so I'm gonna try and time the tackle this month.... hoping it only takes one shot! What CD are you phase? I know we spend so much of our life trying not to get pregnant! Wish it just came when you wanted it! CD12 for me too today and more CM but only a faint line on OPK today. Think I may get a line tomorrow or Monday hopefully! Sooo want it to be our cycle this month and be pregnant again. FX everyone xx

I'm CD11 (TTC2, cycle2,age32). Lots of ewcm this evening but opk neg (maybe drunk too much water beforehand & diluted it?!?). Anyway, Dtd!! Fkin starved now so DH nipping out for the Chinese and I'm cracking open some Prosecco because yes...I intend to relax a bit. Happy New Year to all hopefully.

I'm tTC #1 and I'll be 38 on 18 Jan so would love to be pregnant for my birthday... it would be the best gift ever!
Cd 13 today and a blank circle on my opk this morning ... but the line is getting stronger so I think ill get positive tomorrow .... fx xxxxx

I got a positive on my OPK this afternoon so have dtd with DH and will see if I feel ovulation tomorrow as I usually do. Hopefully we can managed to dtd tomorrow as well to cover ourselves. FX!!

DH and I saw a rainbow on the way home today, it was right by our house. An I haven't seen one for years!! Hoping that's a sign and our rainbow baby is on it's way!

When's the earliest (realistic) time to take a test? Going away next weekend and don't want to Damage anything by having a drink!!Many thanks x

Step mum when is your AF due? I would say like 11 or 12DPO is realistic but some still get negative then. It is best to wait until day of expects AF

That is a long wait. I'm due 15th so will be testing after that if AF hadn't shown. Tried hold out if you can rather than see a negative test which is crap!

Thankyou I'll try my best to hold on- opk's turned up today , tried one- didn't work. Now worried that Opia and Opks will contradict each other& confuse me. Why is it you spend 10/12 years of your life desperately trying NOT to get pregnant and then when you want to, you stress out& worry about everything?!! 😩

Yes try again tomorrow. Although OPKs are best taken in the afternoon after 12noon. Don't think your meant to use FMU and LH rises in the morning so is detected more in the afternoon. GL!

How is everyone doing? Sorry if I've missed posts on the other thread. I had a BFN Thurs and Fri, AF due Monday so not hopeful at all now.

Will keep my fingers crossed for you hmyh23, as still a chance for you!

In theory I should have ovulated around a week ago, but no signs of ovulation at all. However, DS is getting his back molars at the mo and started doing some long feeding sessions again a couple of weeks ago, so wondering if that is going to mess up my cycles.
