Anyone else got a late AF but getting BFN :(

My husband and I are ttc (first baby) and my af is 4 days late now but I tested this afternoon and got a BFN. My boobs (mainly the left one) have been sore, and I feel really umm wet below all the time sorry tmi!! Which keeps making me think af has come but nothing as of yet. I was having some stomach pain over the weekend and feeling a little nauseous on and off but haven't been sick. I have no appetite but I've been so thirsty all the time. My mum thinks I might be pregnant but given the BFN today I don't think I am. Is anyone else late but getting BFN tests and random symptoms

Are you sure you know when you ovulated?

Wait a day or two, and use your first morning urine to test as it has the strongest levels of hcg. Also try a first response, I was getting BFN's 6 days after af was due, tried a first response and it came up positive within seconds, so don't lose hope! Really hope you get your positive, I know how horrid the waiting at the start is!

I'm not sure exactly, I haven't been using opk or anything as we haven't been trying for that long so we've just been seeing how it goes. But I "think" I ovulated around about the 7th based on egg white cm (gross I know sorry!) but I could be wrong as I didn't use anything to test for ovulation

User I'm in the same boat. Due yesterday, no af and a bfn on clearblue digital and also one a cheapie. I'm not bothering until the weekend. I have none of my usual af symptoms either

The not knowing is frustrating isn't it!? I don't have any AF symptoms as such (although my symptoms could be considered AF symptoms) but I don't usually get any symptoms before AF comes, only during when I get cramps and I'm usually really hungry all the time lol. I'll keep you posted but in the mean time good luck!! Let me know what happens :) xx

Yes its torture. I am a lot more tired than usual at the moment but I also have a cold I've never reached cd32 so will wait and see.

Just re read your post and yes I'm getting a lot of cm too but more like a lot of ewcm thinking about it.

Same here :/ I got the ewcm around when I "should" have ovulated and then it stopped and I wasn't getting anything but now it's constant. I keep thinking AF has started but it still hasn't

I'm also on cd32 looks like we're cycle twins lol

Well I hope we're not too similar. Got af this afternoon and was devastated
I was crying and snotty and now I'm just cracking open the booze thinking sod it. I've never gone this long. I did get the norovirus pretty bad around time of ovulation so couldn't Dtd as often as I'd like I guess

Due AF tomorrow- but got a cold, so feeling sorry for myself and weepy- so think she will arrive on time, I've done 2 test both BFN- don't think its my month

Hi its so frustating isn't it. Im nearly 3 weeks late and getting bfn i just wish af would come so we can start trying again.
This is cycle 6 after mmc in june my cycle has been between 20 and 30 days since it happened now on day 47. I wish my body would sort itself out!

Hi ladies! I am now on cd33 and still no sign of AF (2 days late) I have been getting some dark brown spotting today though, would this be normal if i am pregnant?

It is possible that spotting is a sign of pregnancy, is there any chance you could have ovulated later than expected? You could possibly be experiencing implantation bleeding although it is a little on the later side for that. You could also be having breakthrough bleeding which some women get around the time of their first period after conception. Maybe test again tomorrow with FMU? Let me know how it goes!

Ive mentioned it to my gp as they phoned me about a different issue and they said if it doesn't turn up in another month to give them a ring. Ive got sore boobs and white dots on my nipples and low stomach cramps. I dont think im pregnant not even sure i ovulated as i got a postive on day 10 and then day 20.

I had period like cramping a few weeks ago which i thought might be implantion pains, but if that was the case i'd get a BFP by now wouldn't i? Hmmm
I've taken a few tests now and got BFNs so i'm scared to take another :(

How odd! Although it's uncommon it is possible to ovulate twice in a cycle :)

It sounds like a few of us are in limbo right now it must be something in the water. I know how you feel 1hannah123 I feel the same way about testing. I'm planning to do it again Saturday if no AF but I'm fully prepared to be disappointed. Knowing my luck AF will show up with vengeance on xmas day

I'm fully expecting AF to murder me on Christmas Day also! I just wish i'd either get a BFP or AF to put me out of my misery :( Please keep me updated ladies xx
