Help please Opinions am I pregnant

Took a pregnancy test as I feel different.

I don't have regular periods
Don't want to get my hopes up as I have PCOS and finding it difficult.

Is this a faint positive or do you think it could be an evap?

Opinions welcome thankyou please help 😊

As long as it came up like that within the time limits it looks very positive to me.

Depends how quickly it came up after the test, minutes or hours?
If minutes then looks like a positive! Much longer and probably evap

It came up within the time limit but slightly fainter than this seems slightly clearer now. I'm going to leave it a week before I retest not getting my hopes up just yet thankyou everybody x
