Fertility and Conception by Zita West - I never really read Taking Charge of your Fertility as it was just too thick for me (I don't like big books!)

Hugs,
Artoo.

I've got both TCOYF and Zita West (and a few others!!!) and would say that TCOYF is really amazing and educational- but can be a little bit dry (no colour pics etc!) Zita West's is a good all rounder with good pics and diagrams. More of a gentle introduction.

If your friend has PCOS I would not recommend she buys that Toni Weschler book because charting is of no benefit at all if PCOS has been diagnosed previously.

Would instead suggest that you friend looks at Verity's website (www.verity-pcos.org.uk) and reads books by Collette Harris (herself a PCOSer).

If your friend has not already sought out medical help from a gynae I would suggest dshe does so. PCOS is a condition not to be messed about with.
