Lovechild - not really. Just massive boobs (which I always get ahead of AF) and been gassier than usual. That's about all, until yesterday when I started cramping and thought it was early AF.

I'm 11dpo and trying to ignore the fact that it feels like I've been punched in the bbs and they've gone bigger (maybe just getting fatter because of mince pies and chocolate

The main thing that convinces me AF is on her way is the state on my skin it's gone grim as it usually does before AF and a little bit disappointed/convinced by my BBT dip from this morning even though it was above the cover line (clings onto hope)

blues and bluebell they are both very convincing squinters! FX for you both in the next few days.

Thanks tinkerbell, but I'm gonna hold off on the celebrations until its a real line, I'm so scared of it being a fluke

MissMagPie - I was depressed and having arguments with DH over no having been able to conceive, so I was laying off and deleted all my pregnancy/TTC apps, except this one.

Of course welcome emma fingers crossed its a lucky month for you too! Loving the symptom spotting missmagpie and tinkerbell. So hard to tell if it's AF or BFP symptom wise, I say assume the best until you're proven otherwise pma as they say! I wish my boobs felt something, they are literally no different makes me concerned I'm not even ovulating - never had a +OPK only basing my DPO on some EWCM but then just realised today is was the next morning after dtd and maybe it wasn't actually EWCM at all!

I've been TTC for 2 cycles, this is my third. The past two months I have had +ve OPKs on day 14. I'm now on day 17 and just had a positive OPK. I'm glad that I've got my positive but it is frustrating as it means I'll have to wait even longer to test and I should technically be on the January bus. AF due around 2nd Jan now.

So glad I have you ladies to talk to, it definitely helps to have support and understanding please don't push me off the bus!

Congratulations bluebell and blues. Can def see the lines on both tests. Laughed at your boob comment Tinkerbell, as mine feel huge to the point of busting out of my bra-but I'm convinced it's from chocolate rather than my mini me. mind you, chocolate wouldn't make them feel like nettles are stuck inside my cups

99% sure AF will arrive in the next couple of days though but don't know when for sure as this was my first month doing BBT and OPKs... is tomorrow (12dpo) too early to test?

you'd be better not asking me as I've poas on the last 3 mornings im due af on Sunday so know I'm testing too early. I think you're better leaving it til nearer af time, as the bfns are hard to take. But when there are sticks in the cupboard the temptation is too great. Hope you get a lovely set of double lines when you do test

I did another CB OPK and got a static smiley face at last!!! Definitely ovulated today.. achey and cramps all around my pelvis all day 😆

Haha minime I also due AF Sunday and am failing to resist the temptation to poas! I even did an extra one tonight (just to check) before going to work, BFP. This ttc malarkey is costing me a small fortune! Sorry for AF JeNe make sure you enjoy the festive wine and good luck for Jan bus!

Hello, just checking in as I still silently sit at the back of the bus to see more BFPs rolling in - congratulations to those that have had one and I'm loving all the symptom spotting from the rest of you.

I'm currently 5+5 and feeling a bit anxious as this is round about the time I miscarried when I was pregnant in February. I'm still obsessively POAS to make sure everything is going ok!!

I decided to pee on an OPK this evening as I have no IC HPT and bloody hell, the test line practically turned black in about 10 seconds so I'm reassured I have lots of HCG on board

I am completely the same Writer, paranoid something might go wrong... Just trying to keep busy, sleep well and eat as well as I can (MS kicked in yesterday and I am not hungry and constantly nauseous so that's v difficult). I am 7+4 today and am having an early scan on Thurs. So nervous but need to see a heartbeat.

I've just done a CB Digital and got 3+ weeks so I'm feeling really reassured now as when I miscarried in March I never made it past the 1-2 week reading. I'm going for an early scan in about two weeks time as like you I just need to see the heartbeat.

I haven't been able to wait until Christmas until telling DH as I was just so excited and in fact only lasted three days before I told him!! He was absolutely gob smacked

Confratulations on all the bfps x x x Just a general question if I may. I've just gone on an ovulation and implantation calender to break down the month for me and it says to look out for cramping from today onwards and for the next 4 days. I have been cramping off and on all day with a light back ache. I've had no cramping since my last af. Maybe I'm going crazy but just wanted to see if anyone else had cramping around this date in their cycle? X

Just catching up. the Christmas madness is setting in so i am out and about visiting people all over the place.
I am cd13 now and i think i possibly ov'd on cd7 (dark line on ic opk) which would be very odd and early. I am still poas using IC OPKs to check it wasn't a false positive on cd 7. I normally ov around now so would be expecting to see the lines getting darker but so far they are still very faint.
Basically i am either in the 2ww 6dpo or still waiting to ov. either way all a little confusing! I have sore boobs and spots which could be ov symptoms or i could obviously convince myself i am pg!!

AF due NYE so AGES and AGES to wait......

Writer I think you did well to manage three days!!!

motherhippy what CD are you on, and how long are your cycles normally? I get cramping for a couple of days around ovulation (sometimes so bad it keeps me awake at night)... And then I usually get AF cramps too... Some people have implantation cramps if it's their lucky cycle, but I didn't have that or implantation bleeding. Hope that helps xx

Thanks for all the comments. I've had different results on tests recently so still very cautious, and a bad bleed last week too so who knows what to expect. Going to try and resist testing tomorrow and test again on weds! Let's see what happens. For anyone that has had a BFP on here, how long does it take to get a clear, dark line on a BFP? I think an obvious line is the only way I'll be convinced it's real.

Tinker - I think I'm a POAS addict now. Some people get their BFPs at 12 dpo but many don't get anything clear for a number of days after AF is due hence my question above. It's so hard to know what to do! Fingers crossed for you!

Struggling to sleep tonight, got a funny feeling like pms style cramps - maybe the faint positive is just an evap line and AF is on the way. It's crazy how this all just consumes your mind.

Anyone else struggling with sleep?

bluebell17 I am. I've had flu for two weeks and it's messed with my sleeping pattern so I'm finding myself scouring Mumsnet for all TTC forum posts that may be slightly relevant to me so I can feel more in control. Starting the TWW tomorrow and I know I'll start to get even more obsessive.

I can understand your worries but I'm sure you'll be fine and this will be the first of many sleepless nights ahead! Are you going to test again?

Powerpuffer yes going to try and resist and test again on Thursday. But don't know if I'll manage to wait.
