Based on these opk's taken over 4 days would you say I've ovulated. I took up to 3 a day when I think I ovulate. Temping is no good for me as up so much in the night which I know is supposed to be more reliable

None of those tests are positive, so you most likely haven't ovulated yet.

The bottom test on this photo is positive. You can see that the test line is very definitely darker than the control line.

If you're struggling to interpret the internet cheapies (which I did on less obvious cycles than the one in the photo) I'd strongly recommend shelling out for one pack of ClearBlue Digitals to use as a back up. That way if you're not sure if the test line on the cheapie is dark enough you can use a ClearBlue to confirm.

Also, you can see on my photo that my LH drops off just before it properly surges so the tests gradually get stronger, then go lighter again a day or two before my positive test.

You've had a surge - that's not a confirmation of ovulation (the only real way to do that is temping and a positive pregnancy). But bare in mind you might not be getting nice dark lines if you aren't doing the following.

No drinking for 3 hours before OPK
No weeing for 3 hours before OPK
Don't use first morning wee
Ideal time is 1/2pm

This is a positive OPK
