Hi all, I had a MC in 2014 and it was hell, I was 11 weeks but unfortunately it died at 6. I was took to hospital as I hemeriged (can't spell). So after I got bad depression and went down a long road. I finally pulled myself together got better, just got married and we want to try again. I know Depo can take a while to get out of your system but I'm finally ready to be a mum. Only thing is I'm scared it could happen again. I'm going to lose weight and get healthy. I'm so desperate for a little one. Any advise?
Much love
Xmas Smile

Sorry to hear of your loss Flowers
Unfortunately it's very common, happening with as many as 25% of pregnancies and there isn't much that can be done.
But getting to a healthy bmi and good level of fitness (by eating nourishing foods & gradually building exercise rather than crash dieting) is a great idea and will really help you and your bump throughout pregnancy as well as increasing your ttc success rate! Stress never helps anything so coming up with a 'chill out' plan will also be helpful (and fun!). Maybe join a local yoga class, have a go at some guided relaxation meditation on youtube, have a weekly candle-lit bath, go to bed 30/60 min early with a chamomile tea & a good book, get a massage/facial/pedicure etc (check out your local college's beauty for cheap treatments if money is tight), go for walks with your DH, and anything else that tickles your fancy!!
Wishing you the best of luck with everything xxx
