I'm Ttc no1 and am on cycle 4, cd31. I've been feeling sick on and off for the last 4 days or so, just lightly but at all times of the day. I've also been getting 9hrs+ sleep and I am knackered. And now af is late.

I've not been tracking precise ovulation, just my cycle in an app so I can be prepared for af.

I took a test on Cd 29 which my app predicted was an estimated date for af (averaging out previous months lengths
which I thought the length of was on the decline post pill) and it was a bfn.

Cycle 1- 25 days standard cycle first month off the pill (mirrored exactly what I had on the pill)
Cycle 2- 36 days
Cycle 3- 31 days
Cycle 4- currently on 31 days

Still no af, so when would you test again? I've only got access to one test at the moment so trying to use it wisely.

Honestly? I wouldn't. I would wait for AF. If it's still not here by CD50-60 then test again. I wouldn't torture yourself this early. I waited till CD36 coming off the pill. And then not again. Longest cycle was 50 days. Totally annoying but there's nothing you can do but wait. Even if you had a BFP!

Also just to interject to mention that the sickness doesn't kick in until you're 6 weeks pregnant- and you'd definitely get a bfp before any symptoms. I think when you're ttc it's hard not to analyse everything.

If af is late then test. I have had neusea and vomiting in all my pregnancies from 3/4 weeks planned and unplanned!

Your longest cycle was 36 days so I would probably test in another few days. Do you know when you ovulated? If so, test 14 days or so after then. Good luck

Thanks everyone, il keep holding out for now. Good point Mouse that even if it was a bfp I'd still be waiting for the next part of the time line, that will teach me to be patient.
I was assuming my longest period would always be the month after coming off the pill and it would settle after that.
chatty that's not quite true. I've had two friends test and get bfp because they felt so nauseous for no reason but certain smells made them feel awful.
