Clomid causing sore nips and greasy hair or could I have conceived..?

Can usually go up to 4-5 days without washing hair (although generally wash it every 3 days). The last week it's been greasy by day 2 and this time I mean seriously lank! Also have sore nips. I'm a few days before AF is due.

I heard Clomid can cause pregnancy systems so could this just be the hormones still in my system?

Difficult to tell unless you do a test? I've had sore breasts too but hardly any cm so suspect it's just the tablets. Seems to bring on early pregnancy symptoms.
