Endometriomas on ovaries

Hi I was just wondering if anyone was going through same thing as me and had some positive words/words of wisdom? I have endometriomal cysts on my ovaries. One is 6cm and the others are small. I have one child conceived 4 years ago naturally after a good few years of trying. I had the same size cyst throughout my pregnancy. I've been trying for another and I can't fathom out how I can help it happen. The gynocologist doesn't want to operate at the moment as he said he could open me up and find the cyst is stuck to the ovary in which case they'd have to remove it. I've been trying for two years, use ovulation tests which show I'm ovulating. My periods are much more regular than they were before I got pregnant. I take vitamin d and tbh when I conceived before I was going out a lot and drinking regularly and not eating anything healthier than I do now. It's like I gave up hope and it happened. I feel really lucky to have my dd but would like to give her a sibling.

Would IVF bypass the problem as a plan b? What does your gynae suggest?

Never been suggested but I'm sure I couldn't afford it. Thing is I've been pregnant naturally.
