CD14: Solid smiley on CB dig and negative on internet cheapie, low temp? Have I ovulated?

I have long cycle (40d+) so took some Agnus Castus and charting since CD1.
negative opk and circle on CB digi tests till CD 13
cd 13: big temp dip yesterday (0.4 degree down)
CD 14 (TODAY): NEGATIVE OPK, solid smiley on CB digi (straight to static smiley)
no obvious ovu symptom
temp: same as yesterday.

I am very confused.

1. have I already ovulated?
2. should I keep taking Agnus Castus?

From what I understand, the CB digi OPK bases the smiley faces on your own base levels of LH, so it is possible to get a peak reading on one of those but never get a positive cheapie OPK.

If you have had your static smiley today then you should ovulate within 12-36 hours.
