Should the lines be getting darker?

I'm approximately 5 weeks pregnant. I had a positive result on the 18th November but have had constant spotting/bleeding since then. I have tested every day with sainsburys and morrisons tests and while they are all giving positive results, the test lines dong seem to be getting darker.
My scan isn't until the 7th December and I'm trying to prepare myself for the worst, so should I add the fact that the lines aren't getting darker to the bleeding and spotting to really prepare myself to be told it's all over at the scan?

*edit- should be 'don't seem to be getting darker'.

It depends on how concentrated your urine is to how dark the line is. If there's a line your pregnant.

No. A line is pregnancy. Darker doesn't equal to more pregnant. X
Good luck.
