Hi all, I know that this is a pretty minor thing compared to most, but similar experiences would be appreciated....
First month ttc. (Conceived ds after single 'slip up' ). Cycle shorter and more regular since ds. Since half way through month have been having odd needley twinges , cramps and occasional waves of nausea. Did early test 3 days before af due - BFN. Got pre-af cramps etc, but no af (due yesterday). Did another test this am - BFN. Af is never late - but is very occasionally early.
I know all I can do is wait but all seems strange, (and is doing my head in, I have had concerns about ttc due to my age - am 39 in august). Has anything similar happened to anyone else?
Thanks very much

Nothing similar I'm afraid, but what tests are you using?

Thanks for responding, Toothache, First Response and then (I think) ClearBlue
I have also got quite an annoying lower back ache which I don't normally get with af.
The other af pains seem to have almost gone

In my experience Clear blue are crap! gave me a negative for DS2+3 so I wouldn't believe that one.

I used Boots and Superdrug own after clearblue and both gave positive.....even though I knew I was PG anyway.

Agree with Emmatmg - I used Boots own and got a very early positive! Even when the doctors one came up negative. It was so faint though and the line didn't appear until about 30mins after I'd tested, saw a negative, then fished it out of the bin later.

Thanks folks - I'll get a Boots one and try that.
I thought that the tests were 99% accurate or something.
(I have been wondering if it was a strange 'phantom' type thing. )
