Strange Cycles after MMC?

Hi everyone.

I had a MMC in September and was just wondering if anyone had strange cycles afterwards?

My first cycle was 30 days long, period arrived on time (was bloody horrific) and lasted for around a week.

Next cycle was around the same.

Afterwards, I bled again 2 weeks after (10 days in total) and going by these dates I would have been due to start bleeding again either on 26/11 or 2/12.

I've had lots of cramps these past couple days but morning! Feeling slightly sick and off my food.

DH and I, aren't actively TTC but aren't trying to completely prevent it either. First response was neg yesterday!

Anyone anything similar?

I had a mmc in January, I totally get what you mean. I've felt like I was a teenager trying to get used to my 'new' periods! Still not back to 'normal' (what they were before the mmc) but they have settled into a regular pattern, so it's easier to deal with. You never know though, you might have struck lucky this cycle - fingers crossed

That's encouraging for me! I'm sorry to hear you've been through this too. It completely knocks you off.

im (secretly) hoping so. Would be lovely news for Christmas! Going by the second dates I've still 6 days to go, so waiting before I test again.

I think I may have ovulated last Saturday due to my cm. Will never know though given how wonky my cycle is

It completely does, both mentally and physically. I understand the trying/not trying not to thing - we did the same first month after the mmc, but I was still disappointed when af came.

I ovulated last Saturday too (according to the ovulation kit) Hope we both get some good news by next weekend!

I was when my showed last month too. Its such a bad reminder. I think now I'm mentally in a better place we will properly try after Christmas.
