PCOS Ladies: Inofolic or Zita West Inositol & Folate?

Hi Ladies,

I'm struggling TTC - I've been advised to have inositol supplements due to PCOS. Has anyone had any experience with either supplement? Thanks in advance for any advice!

Ive been on pharmasure inofolic two sachets daily
Dont want to be a downer but not a bit of difference!
